Abstract

Lo scopo del lavoro di ricerca è quello di analizzare la frequenza delle CHD cianotiche e acianotiche nei bambini fino a 2 anni di età. E l'obiettivo secondario è vedere la modalità gold standard per la diagnosi delle CHD. Il campionamento consecutivo è stato utilizzato sulla base di 120 questionari condotti dal Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology. I dati sono stati raccolti con il permesso del Dipartimento di competenza e con il consenso del Paziente. I dati di 120 pazienti sono stati raccolti con un rapporto tra il 60% di maschi e il 40% di femmine. Su 120 bambini segnalati (neonati: 29,9%, meno di 1 anno: 50,2%, più di 1 anno: 19,9%) al 93% è stato diagnosticato un difetto cardiaco congenito. Le frequenze relative dei difetti cardiaci congeniti cianotici e acianotici erano del 17%, 83%. La maggior parte dei pazienti con cardiopatia congenita rilevata presenta difetti cardiaci congeniti acianotici. TOF è il difetto cianotico più comune e il difetto acianotico VSD. Per prevenire le complicanze La diagnosi precoce dello scompenso cardiaco è molto importante per una corretta gestione. L'eco 2D con test Doppler crea un gold standard per la diagnosi.
